Rookwood Pottery Commemorative Art Tile 2008

Available for purchase exclusively at Macy’s Fountain Place for $75 beginning Friday, November 28 (Macy's opens at 5 a.m.), the 2nd edition commemorative tile was commissioned by Downtown Cincinnati Inc. and created by the experts at Rookwood. As a special touch this year, the artist, Gary Simon, and owner, Chris Rose, of Rookwood will be at Macy's on Nov. 28 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. to sign and discuss the inspiration for this year's tile. This year’s tile (6”x6”) depicts the Cincinnati skyline and Roebling Suspension Bridge. Limited supply.

Forget the chimney! Santa rappels down the 525 Vine Building, a downtown office tower, to the Macy’s rooftop, kicking off a spectacular holiday fireworks display. Macy’s Downtown Dazzle takes place Saturdays in December on Fountain Square. The 20-minute family-friendly program also features strolling entertainers and holiday music. Enjoy live music on Fountain Square by local choirs beginning at 6pm before Dazzle.
